We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a skilled nursing home and rehabilitation facility. Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond effectively to residents' and families' needs within the nursing scope of practice.
- Use nursing processes and judgment to deliver quality direct care, administer treatments, and collaborate with the care team.
- Monitor and document vitals, treatments administered, and residents' responses.
- Prioritize tasks necessary to deliver quality direct resident care and make decisions promoting safety and quality care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
- Licensed and currently registered in good standing in New York as an LPN.
- Dedicated to providing extraordinary, clinically sound, and compassionate care.
- Must possess a spirit of cooperation, caring, and enthusiasm to create an atmosphere conducive to rehabilitation and optimal resident health.
