We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a **Nurse Supervisor** in Emergency Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for supervising unit activities, monitoring patient vital signs, and ensuring high-quality care through effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise unit activities and staff assignments
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, treatments administered, and patient responses
- Administer medications and treatments as needed
- Communicate and direct services or any plan/concerns/information to appropriate team members, resident, family, or medical staff
- Identify and follow disciplinary action as stated in policy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, physicians, and other vendors/services
**Requirements:**
- Current and good standing RN License in State of New York
- Experience with geriatric/short term rehab/Alzheimer's patients is desirable
- Progressive nursing experience, supervisory experience preferred
- Dedicated to providing extraordinary, quality, compassionate care to each resident
