We are currently looking for a Regional Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee financial operations at our three facilities in Delaware. This role is on-site , and you’ll travel between the locations, so being centrally located is ideal!
Here’s what the job looks like :
- You’ll manage billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Keeping things organized and compliant will be your bread and butter.
- We need someone who’s confident handling Delaware-specific Medicare and Medicaid processes.
- You’ll be the go-to for residents and their families when it comes to financial questions and billing.
- Staying on top of records and making sure everything’s ready for audits is a key part of the role.
- You’ll be part of the management team, working together to meet goals and keep operations running smoothly.
