Skilled Nursing Professional Management Responsibilities
The Clinical Director of Nursing will be responsible for:
- Performing daily rounds of all residents on the unit.
- Developing plan of care for each resident. Document and communicate plan of care on Resident Information Sheets.
- Preparing resident assignments for Certified Nursing Assistants, considering the category of needs of the patient and competency of personnel.
