About the Role:
- Deliver direct resident care
- Monitor vital signs
- Administer medications
- Collaborate with the care team to enhance patient outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to unit leadership
- Respond to resident/family needs within the LPN scope of practice
- Use nursing process, judgment, & skills to set priorities necessary to deliver quality direct resident care
- Perform/administer standard nursing treatments and/or medications
- Communicate & collaborate with appropriate member(s) within the care team
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school of Nursing
- Licensed & currently registered in good standing in New York as an LPN
- Dedicated to providing extraordinary, clinically sound, & compassionate care
- Excellent communication, customer service, & organization skills
