We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the home, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all residents. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing floors.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, including countertops, sinks, mirrors, and appliances.
• Change linens, make beds, and ensure all rooms are presentable.
• Wash, fold, and iron laundry as required.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report when restocks are necessary.
• Organize and tidy up rooms, closets, and common areas.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Follow proper cleaning protocols to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Ensure that all equipment is used correctly and safely.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
• Provide additional cleaning services based on special requests (e.g., deep cleaning, seasonal tasks).
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of the household.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, techniques, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude.
• Good physical stamina, as the role may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks with minimal oversight.
• Respect for confidentiality and privacy.
• Flexible and willing to adapt to changing tasks or requirements.

• Strong cleaning and sanitation skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Experience in residential and commercial cleaning
• Proficient in floor care and carpet cleaning
• Time management skills to ensure efficient task completion
• Knowledge of laundry and custodial practices
• Familiarity with housekeeping management and hotel environments
• Basic cooking skills are a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
