We are seeking a passionate primary care physician to join our vibrant and dynamic team! We are a leading cardiovascular practice dedicated to providing compassionate, top-quality care to patients with a wide range of heart and vascular conditions.

We are a passionate team of cardiologists, interventional radiologist, vascular surgeon, primary care physicians, physician assistant and nurse practitioners dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to patients with heart and vascular conditions at our multiple locations. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest technology, and we offer a warm and supportive environment for our patients and staff.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive physical examination and assessments.
• Diagnose and manage various diseases in outpatient setting, including.
• Work with interventional cardiologist/vascular surgeon to develop patient specific individualized treatment plan for their cardiac/vascular disease.
• Order age and gender appropriate screening examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including vaccinations, lifestyle modifications, and education.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, vascular physician, other medical/surgical specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with patients and their families, providing clear and empathetic communication.

We shall also provide a highly trained, skilled and efficient support staff to place your orders, create or modify your work schedule, return emails, patient calls, faxes, organize medical documents, help fill patient forms under your supervision so that you can carry your workday efficiently taking care of patients instead of scut work.
