Currently seeking a Bilingual Spanish Front Desk Admi. to assist with day-to-day operations of a full-service, for our traditional staffing firm in Lancaster, CA.
We are looking for a stellar assistant to run the front office and assist recruiters. , We pride ourselves on customer service!
Mon.-Fri. 8am -5pm some weekends
This is a full-time position and a career. Your responsibilities will include:
· Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and ensuring employees are compliant with the company’s rules and regulations.
· Conduct reference checks, drug screens and background checks.
· Process new hires and all on boarding.
· Assist with recruiting.
· Developing and maintaining relationships with management and supervisors to resolve employee issues.
· Obtain detailed assignment information from the customer and utilize it to provide effective customer service and ensure orders are filled with quality placements.
· Conducts custom orientation program for associates which incorporates customer’s policies.
· Monitor and address personnel issues and concerns quickly and effectively.
· Schedule, check-in and provide pre-assignment orientation to all temporary employees.
· Monitor temporary employee attendance and performance, coach and counsel as needed.
· Coach and counsel temporaries to ensure quality performance including meeting productivity and quality goals and to achieve job satisfaction.
· Maintain customer and temporary employee records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
· Follow company policies and procedures for all staffing and customer activity.
· All other duties that may arise to ensure the successful operation of the company.
Job Requirements
· 1-2 year of admin experience
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
· Knowledge of Google Sheets, Facebook, Instagram, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Type 50 WPM
· Ability to multi-task
· Answer multiple incoming lines.
· Must be able to pass a national background screen as well as drug test upon hire
