JOB OVERVIEW :
The Senior Client Manager (Account Executive) will work with a Producer and Account Executive to manage, retain, and expand a diverse book of business including real estate owners, managers, and developers as well as project specific programs (OCIPs / CCIPs) and annually renewing real estate, construction, and hospitality client programs. This role will wear many hats, including (but not limited to) being client-facing, to marketing and placing coverages, to negotiating coverages with underwriters, to issuing COI's and invoices, to reporting, and much more!
LOCATION : This is a hybrid role. Candidates interested in this role must be willing & able to work out of one of the following EPIC offices at least 2 days a week : Concord CA, San Ramon, CA or Birmingham AL. We are not considering remote candidates for this role.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR :
- MUST HAVE extensive experience marketing & placing construction insurance programs and / or working with real estate development risks of all types. Experience with Project Specific programs, OCIPs, CCIPs, and complex Builder's Risk programs is preferred.
- This is a great role for experienced account managers / account executives who enjoy having their hands in most of the insurance process, including business development, sales and facetime with clients! Starting out, this role will take a lot of administrative tasks off the rest of the team's plate but will soon be trained to take more responsibilities on accounts.

COMPENSATION :
The national average salary for this role is $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
