Critical Job Functions
- Perform administrative functions in support of the Premier Team which may include but are not limited to data entry, accessing carrier websites and processing changes, verifying renewal policies, and communications with third party vendors
- Follow protocol for department phone queues.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of carrier websites and utilize the sites to secure accurate and timely information for our clients and third parties
- Comply with all internal procedures and practices while demonstrating the ability to meet service performance and quality standards.
- Follow all agency and department documentation procedures.
- Work as a team and contribute to the team effort by openly sharing insurance knowledge.
- Assume ownership of problems until the resolution is successfully accomplished.
- Become a student of the business. Seek insurance knowledge through training and education.
- Complete additional projects as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
- College graduate preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong customer service focus & communication skills.
- Excellent diplomacy skills / ability to resolve issues.
- Independent user of technology.
- College graduate or experience equivalent.
- Brokers License is required and can be obtained once hired
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
