Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care activities such as mowing, fertilizing, and aerating to maintain healthy grass.
- Engage in tree care including planting, pruning, and trimming to promote growth and safety.
- Utilize power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks, ensuring proper maintenance and safety protocols are followed.
- Dig and prepare soil for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed.
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage across landscapes.
- Conduct groundskeeping duties including weeding, mulching, and debris removal to keep properties tidy.
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to timelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with tree trimming techniques and groundskeeping best practices.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation between job sites.
