WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Videographer/Photographer is a key part of the Creative team. The Videographer/Photographer’s role is to capture and create video and image assets to support marketing activities for Epic Marketing’s extensive client list.
You will be responsible for orchestrating and assisting on all elements related to video/photo shoots as outlined below.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects
- Budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects
- Work independently, as well as part of a team to establish project deliverables
- Collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content
- Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations
- Develop production schedules
- Select and hire additional crew and talent; direct and coach talent; make transportation arrangements for crew, talent and equipment; and ensure all location power needs are met
- Reserve and rent equipment
- Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media
- Manage video library
- Recommend video/photography solutions
- Contributes to Creative team effort by accomplishing additional tasks, as needed.
YOU HAVE:
- Professional portfolio of relevant work.
- Solid understanding of storytelling, visual composition, lighting, sound, etc.
- In-depth experience with variety of video/photo equipment
- Experience with professional editing software.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video & photography.
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
- A can-do attitude and competitive spirit.
- Artistic and creative vision.
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks with competing deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
