We are seeking an accomplished Medical Physicist to collaborate with our Radiation Oncology team at Epic Oncology Staffing.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide expert physics consultation to all Radiation Oncology personnel concerning patient care and treatment strategies. They will utilize cutting-edge radiation therapy equipment, including Varian iX linac and GE Lightspeed CT scanners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer physics consultation to Radiation Oncology personnel on patient care and treatment protocols
- Work closely with advanced radiation therapy equipment, including quality assurance systems
- Maintain accurate records and reports of treatment outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a Doctoral degree in Medical Physics or a related field. Board certification in Therapeutic Radiological Physics or completion of ABR Part 2 is also mandatory. Strong analytical, mathematical, and physics skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Benefits and Compensation Package
