Job Overview

The Landscape Laborer will work collaboratively with a team to ensure that all landscaping projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Duties
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various landscaping tasks, including digging, planting, and building landscape features.
- Perform groundskeeping duties such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and maintaining flower beds.
- Assist in the installation of irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of gardens and landscaped areas.
- Help with the construction of hardscape elements like patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment used on-site.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices, including fertilization, weed control, and pest management.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
