Job Summary :

The On-Site Coordinator plays a key role in managing staffing operations at our client’s facility during the third shift. This position ensures efficient workforce management, client satisfaction, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Staffing and Workforce Management :

Manage employee check-ins and attendance for third-shift workers.

• Ensure proper staffing levels by coordinating schedules, shift changes, and replacements.
• Address employee concerns and provide support, including resolving work-related issues.

Client Relationship Management :

Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the client during third-shift operations.

Safety and Compliance :

Conduct site safety checks and ensure employees adhere to safety protocols.
