Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR management experience , be available for occasional travel , and bring multi-state HR experience . Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business goals and legal requirements.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to build a strong workforce.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee engagement and compliance awareness.
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance department.
- Handle investigations and resolve workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, including performance management and workforce planning.
- Travel occasionally as needed to support multi-state operations.
