Epic Personnel Partners is hiring a Payroll Specialist in Bloomfield, CT.
Pay Rate: $18-$19/hr
Schedule: 1st Shift
Duties: The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll, tracking attendance, auditing invoices, and providing payroll support in a dynamic distribution center environment.
Responsibilities:
- Track and review daily staff attendance.
- Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
- Audit labor invoices and payroll requests.
- Handle employee payroll inquiries.
- Support other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of payroll experience preferred.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of distribution center operations is a plus.
