WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Configure, test, and maintain small to medium-sized business applications.
- Analyze application configuration and report logic to troubleshoot basic technical problems and errors.
- Document changes to systems and applications.
- Interface with users to define requirements for small to medium sized projects.
- Participate in design reviews to ensure a practical and acceptable approach.
- Participate in user acceptance testing, comparing expected versus actual results.
- Prioritize work appropriately.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (Four-year college or technical school) in Business, Computer/Information Systems, or another related field: Required
- Experience: 1 year of experience in programming or other equivalent information technology experience
- Computer Skills: Knowledge of software tools/language and application development techniques
- Certifications & Licenses: None specifically required
- Other Requirements: This position requires the basic understanding of systems and data processing concepts, the ability to understand fundamental business processes, the ability to troubleshoot basic logic and technical problems, effective communication and interactive skills, the ability to design, specify, and test basic applications, the ability to prioritize work and escalate problems when needed, problem analysis and resolution capabilities, and a solid understanding of basic logic concepts.
