WHAT YOU’LL DO :
- Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Troubleshoot common IT problems.
- Consult with clients, vendors, and personnel in other departments or foreman to discuss, estimate, and resolve issues.
- Maintain, back-up and securing data as well as restoring files as needed.
- Set up and maintain physical servers, databases, VMWare, Cloud VMs, active directory, Azure AD / ENTRA Id, AWS storage gateway, and domain controllers.
- Configure and maintain Office 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Power BI, Edge, and OneDrive.
- Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT Department.
- Provide support to computer system users. This includes both hardware and software.
- Administer network and data security, including directory, group policy, firewalls, antivirus, email security, etc.
- Provide for the implementation, configuration, deployment, and support of systems, including, but not limited to client computing devices and servers.
- Provide training to new employees and other training sessions as required.
- Provide cost analysis data when upgrading or purchasing new hardware, software, or equipment.
- Manage daily operations of the IT Department.
