Position Summary:
Effectively prepare materials for painting, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.
Essential Functions:
- Comply with safety and environmental regulations.
- Assist in preparing materials for processing.
- Contribute to the development of relevant processes and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
- Participate in material reconciliations at job closeouts.
- Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor.
- Safely operate manual handling equipment.
- Utilize overhead cranes to handle spool piping and load/unload materials.
- Apply paint using brush or roll, following proper stacking and pulling processes.

Requirements:

- Material Handler I experience required, 1 year minimum.
- Material Handler II experience preferred, 2-3 years minimum.
- Forklift training certification required.
- Knowledge of piping materials and visual descriptions preferred.
