Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for a Sales Account Manager to be an integral part of our Distribution team.  WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers on types of equipment to purchase.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Determine price schedules and discount rates.
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
  • Visit franchised dealers to stimulate interest in establishment or expansion of leasing programs.
  • Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales, service accounting and recordkeeping, and in receiving and shipping operations.
  • Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives.
  • Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Education:  Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred
  • Experience: 2-5 Years of Industry or Sales Experience
  • Computer Skills:  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
