What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Analyst position at EPIC PIPING, LLC?
Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for a Supply Chain Analyst to be an integral part of our Material Control team. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Perform Material Take-Offs (MTO) by analyzing isometric drawings to determine material needed for production. Create requisitions for material to be purchased.
- Analyze client job specification packages to ensure all material requisitioned meets job requirements and specifications.
- Perform various checks on MTO and Bill of Material (BOM) uploads to ensure conformance to client and specifications.
- Evaluate supply and demand utilizing Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to determine shortages and requisition material as needed.
- Analyze material shortage reports to release work orders for production.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Education: High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Construction Management or Supply Chain Management preferred
- Experience: 0-1 Years' Experience
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
