Job Title: RPA Consultant (PowerAutomate) Migration Project
Location: Hybrid (Remote/2 days on-site in Denver, CO)
Employment Type: 4 month initial contract, possibility of contract-to-hire
Hourly Pay Rate: $55 /hr
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to support a critical bot migration initiative for our client. This role is dedicated to helping transition existing bots from UIPath to PowerAutomate while also optimizing processes, identifying new automation opportunities, and supporting the enterprise-wide adoption of RPA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration of legacy bots from UIPath to PowerAutomate, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and alignment with process optimization goals.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable RPA solutions using PowerAutomate, with a focus on stability and ROI.
- Partner with business and operations teams to analyze current-state processes and define future-state automated workflows.
- Create detailed technical documentation for migrated bots and new automations, including process maps, logic flows, and exception handling.
- Establish and maintain a DevOps environment tailored to PowerAutomate development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Conduct testing across development, UAT, and production stages, ensuring business stakeholder feedback is incorporated.
- Train business users and stakeholders on RPA concepts and usage post-migration.
- Uncover additional automation opportunities and contribute to the roadmap for future automation initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent technical experience).
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in professional RPA development.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with PowerAutomate and complex bot development.
- Development with UIPath a nice to have
- Proven experience in RPA migrations to PowerAutomate and process redesign initiatives.
- Familiarity with UAT processes, bug fixing, and performance tuning.
Technical Skills:
- High Proficiency with PowerAutomate
- Proficient with UIPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot configuration.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with business process management (BPM) tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard documentation tools.
