Responsible and Respectful: You are someone team members can rely on to show up, be present and complete tasks. You follow through on tasks. You respect everyone through your words and actions regardless of their status.
Team Player: You follow company procedures and ask how we can improve on the procedures instead of disregarding them and doing things your way. You help out when there's work to be done.
Get Things Done: You tackle problems head on, researching when needed and figuring out the best way to solve them. Once you start, you finish things, not just “checking the box” but making sure it gets done and done right.
Honest When You Make Mistakes: When you make mistakes you have the courage to admit it, learn from them and actively participate to ensure they don’t get repeated in the future. Spending time placing blame and pointing fingers is not who you are.
Customer Focused: You have strong empathy for the customer and want them to know they're getting our best. You take pride in, and work to maintain, the quality and cleanliness of what we ship out.
