Weekly pay schedule:
Generous contribution toward supplemental insurance options!
Starting hourly pay is between $18 and $20 per hour.
Potential for pay differential based on licensure and certifications.
All newly hired employees are required to complete a 90-day probationary period.
YOUR DAILY TASKS:
You will be responsible for reading maintenance tasks, and following instructions as outlined.
Documenting progress relating to all associated actions and communicating with stakeholders through the completion of maintenance tasks with photos and in written form through a property management application.
Accurately utilizing a timekeeping application to record time for each maintenance task.
Accurately & promptly documenting mileage for travel to each work site.
Interacting with tenants to schedule maintenance tasks and attend appointments as scheduled.
Participating in occasional special maintenance projects that require teamwork and extended physical activity.
Attending and participating in team meetings as required by EPIC Property Management leadership.
Working seasonal overtime and participating in an on-call rotation.
Promptly reporting barriers accurately and completing work tasks on time.
Attending city inspections as assigned.
Communicating with co-workers and supervisor via text messaging, email, in-person, and by phone.
Accurately accounting for purchases through the use of EPIC Property Management workflow and documentation systems.
Completing all assigned work in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner.
YOUR PROFILE:
A Minimum of one year of experience in residential maintenance.
A valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage
Reliable transportation - (truck preferred) - Mileage paid.
A basic set of tools.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Ability to thrive working in a team environment as well as individually.
Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Capacity to promptly and accurately identify and communicate when assistance is required.
Ability to consistently demonstrate a sense of confidence and reliability in all aspects of daily interaction with teammates and office staff.
