What are the responsibilities and job description for the Claims Specialist position at Epic Restoration, LLC?
Responsibilities:
- Send off claims to insurance carriers.
- Communicate with adjusters about the specifics of those claims in order for payment to be issued.
- Communicate with the homeowners/policy holders to give them updates on their claims.
- Coordinate collecting once payment has been issued.
- Update software/spreadsheets to keep everything up to date.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in billing, or claims processing is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail and multitasking.
- Customer service.
