We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a contract employee for the 2024-2025 school year. In this role, you will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement personalized strategies to support students with challenging behaviors.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct functional assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure comprehensive support
**Requirements**
- Valid BCBA credential/license or in process in state of practice
- 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as a BCBA within the last 3 years
- Strong organizational and time management skills
