**Job Description:**
We are partnering with an exceptional school district in Joliet, IL to find a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a BCBA within the last three years, a valid BCBA credential or license, and be authorized to work in the United States.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide behavioral analysis services to students with special needs
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create individualized learning plans
