Position Overview
This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work with an exceptional school district, supporting students with diverse needs in a hybrid setting. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collaborating with teachers and other staff members to create a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data-driven behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to provide resources and support for students
- Provide behavioral coaching and support to students and staff
- Conduct regular progress monitoring and adjust interventions as needed
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Valid BCBA certification
- 1 year of experience as a BCBA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
