Job Summary
This contract BCBA position involves working with middle and high school students in a hybrid setting. The successful candidate will develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collaborate with teachers and other staff members, and provide behavioral coaching and support to students and staff.
Essential Duties
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans based on assessment data
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to provide resources and support for students
- Provide behavioral coaching and support to students and staff
- Conduct regular progress monitoring and adjust interventions as needed
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Valid BCBA certification
- 1 year of experience as a BCBA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
