School-Based BCBA Role
We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. As a BCBA, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to develop and implement individualized behavior plans for students with challenging behaviors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments to identify underlying causes of problem behaviors
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to reduce or eliminate problem behaviors
- Collaborate with teaching staff to incorporate positive behavioral supports into daily instruction
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and program effectiveness
