Position Overview
We are seeking a contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at an exceptional school district. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavioral support and services to students with special needs in an elementary school setting.
Responsibilities
• Provide behavioral support and services to students with special needs
• Develop and implement behavior plans to meet individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans
• Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and regulations
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required by the school district and state licensing agencies
Qualifications
• 1 year of verifiable experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst within the last 3 years
• Valid BCBA credential/license
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Full-time schedule with 35 hours per week
