Position Description
We are seeking a highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with middle and high school students in a hybrid setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, working closely with teachers and other staff members to create a supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to provide support and resources for students
- Provide behavioral support and coaching to students and staff
- Conduct assessments and develop data-driven interventions to improve student outcomes
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Valid BCBA certification
- 1 year of experience as a BCBA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
