Job Description:
Epic Special Education Staffing is partnering with an exceptional school district to provide a contract Sign Language Interpreter for the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate will have experience working with elementary school students and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide sign language interpretation services to students who require it
- Collaborate with teachers and other educational staff to ensure effective communication and support
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed
Requirements:
- 1 year of verifiable experience as a Sign Language Interpreter
- Valid credential/license or in process in state of practice
- Licensure requirements: Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States
