Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining MRI equipment, ensuring that all scanning procedures are conducted safely and efficiently. Additionally, they will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Certification as an MRI technologist through the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
- Current licensure to practice as an MRI technologist in the state of Ohio
- A minimum of one year of experience working in MRI technology, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and physicians
- BLS certification and/or other relevant certifications as required by the facility
About the Assignment
This is a 13-week contract position, working 36 hours per week on a night shift schedule from 7pm to 7am. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
