Outpatient Pediatric is the primary need, if the OT can float to OP adult or acute OT in the hospital when their schedule allows this would be helpful.
Hours: 5 x 8 Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p, no weekends or Holidays

Certs REQ: BLS and IL OT state license
