We are seeking a skilled travel occupational therapist to join our team.
About the Role:
This is a 13-week temporary assignment with 40 hours per week, working 8-hour shifts during the day. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in skilled home health and be licensed in the state of Washington.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will visit up to 6 patients per day, conduct occupational therapy sessions, and document patient progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visiting patients in Thurston County and surrounding areas.
- Providing personalized care to patients.
- Maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- WA state license.
- 1 year of skilled home health experience.
- BLS certification (Oasis preferred).
