Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team as a travel therapist in Rocklin, California.

Job Summary:

This 13-week assignment offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of patients in an outpatient setting. As a travel Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with various medical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Treat patients using a range of techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to coordinate patient care.
• Conduct regular progress evaluations and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information.

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
