Job Summary:
Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Oregon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of patients.
- Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and treatments as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress.
Requirements:
- Current OR PT license.
- 1 year of experience preferred.
- BLS certification.
- Inpatient experience a plus.
- 1 year of Epic experience preferred.
Work Environment:
This position will be working at a Critical Access Level IV Trauma Center in Florence, Oregon. The facility has 21 staffed beds and uses the Epic charting system.
