Shift : Days / 8a-5p (8x5) 40 hours per week

Length : 13 weeks

Call Requirements : Some Sundays; not true oncall

Requirements :

OK License

2 year experience

Must have Rehab experience

Understanding of quality indicators, GG codes preferred

Other Details :

EHR : UDS / epic

Number of Beds : 50 but currently at census of ~39

Patient Ratios : 5 : 1

Equipment : lift and SPH equipment, vector, biodex balance, bioness L300

Common Diagnosis / Treatment : CVA, amputee, ortho, back surgeries, BI / SDH / SDA

Scrub Color : black
