About the Role
This 13-week contract requires a dedicated and skilled therapist to work 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour day shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in physical therapy and be able to hit the ground running.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- VA licensure as part of the PT compact privilege states
- 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred
- Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of American Medical Association or the committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- Home Health experience
- BLS certification
- EMR proficiency in HCHB
