Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a critical care travel nurse to join their team in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting. This opportunity offers the chance to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals while experiencing new locations and cultures.
Job Overview
This 13-week contract requires a registered nurse (RN) with ICU experience to work 36 hours per week, with a shift duration of 12 hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cardiac monitoring and emergency response, as well as endocrine/metabolic, gastrointestinal, genitourinary/renal, IV therapy, medications, neurological, and respiratory/thoracic skills.
The ICU Dr will maintain patient ownership even when acuity levels are low, ensuring a stable and secure environment for patients. Holiday time off requests may not be guaranteed due to high demand during these periods.
