Job Summary:
- Specialty: Operating Room (OR)

- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours per week: 48 hours
- Shift: Nights / 12 hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care in the operating room setting, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure seamless surgical procedures and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Pursue ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and technologies, enhancing skills and expertise in the OR setting.
Requirements:
- Tennessee nursing license required.
- A minimum of two years' experience as an RN in the OR setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care.
- Experience working in General OR, Pedi General OR, and Trauma settings, with a strong understanding of complex surgical procedures.
- AHA BLS certification, NIHSS certification, PALS certification, TNCC certification, and ACLS certification (preferred).
- CNOR certification and electronic documentation skills (preferred).
- Trauma Level I experience (preferred).
