Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- ND or compact state RN license
- Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience within a 200 bed, level 1 trauma hospital
- Experience with ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, and all other neuro-related critically ill patients
- Previous Neuro ICU experience within the past 2 years
- Experience titrating vasopressor drips
- AHA BLS
- AHA ACLS
- NHISS
- EPIC experience
