Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Shift: Days, 8a-5p, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with various physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct evaluations and progress assessments
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona (AZ) or eligible for compact privileges
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
