Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Open Heart First Assist experience
- At least 2 years of independent Endoscopic Vein Harvest utilizing either Terumo or Maquet 6 Pro
- BLS
- CSFA, CFA, or SA-C
- Floating Area: Main OR
- Number of CVORs – 2.5
