Shift: Days / 6:30a-5p, 10x4, 40hrs per week
Length: 8 Weeks
Weekend: Included in call requirements
Is on-call: On call 1 night per week and every 4th weekend
HOLIDAY: Required to cover 1 major and 1 minor holiday for call
Requirements:
- FL License
- 2 Years Experience cath lab experience of 3 year or more
- BLS, RCIS
- Electronic Documentation preferred
Other Details:
- Charting: Cerner/Merge, Omnicell
- Locals accepted: No
- Perm address must be 75 miles from facility
- Float:
- First-timers accepted: Yes, as long as they meet experience requirements
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - No Exemptions

**Must be able to drive xray table- must have interventional cath lab experience of 3 year or more, request or prefer structural heart experience as a scrub person**
Special Requirements/Skills:
Scrub, Monitor and Circulate skills required. Structural heart experience preferred.
Cath Lab experience - Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Diagnostic Cath Pediatric/Neonatal & Left/ Right Heart Cath.
