Requirements
- OH License
- Must have 2 years of RN experience
- Must have 2 years of open-heart experience.
- Must be independent in obtaining labs and initiating IV's.
- CVICU Skills checklist is required
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required.
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIH
- EPIC experience within the last year, or candidates will not be considered.
- This is a 26-bed cardiac open-heart cardiac thoracic vascular unit.
- Float required
- Locals accepted
- Ratios are usually 1:1 or 1:2 but can go up to 1:3.
