Shift: Days / 6:45a-7:15p, 12x3, 36 hrs per week
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements
Start date: 2/24
Years of experience REQ: 18 months ICU experience required; 2 years preferred. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH CARDIAC AND NEURO PATIENTS AS ICU IS MIXED WITH BOTH.
First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Y
Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20miles)
Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) – can be discussed in interview but cannot be guaranteed- it is based on the needs of the unit
Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? Y- Locals
Pending License accepted: (Y/N) Y
RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission.
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's – 40 hrs for 8/10's
Special Requirements: Epic experience required at a 3 or 4. Please make sure traveler is aware that there are time sensitive modules that need to be prioritized first once confirmed for an assignment. Please do not delay.

- 1.5 years ICU experience required
- Must have experience with cardiac or neuro patients as icu is mixed with both
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- 2 years experience preferred
- Charting: EPIC
- Float: Will float to all 3 hospitals
- Locals accepted
- All travelers must be Nicotine free, no exceptions! Negative 10 Panel Nicotine (cotinine) DS required
- COVID-19 Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
- Flu Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
