Requirements
- ID or Compact License
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in all of the following (can be congruent): ER, ICU, PCU, Med Surg, and Behavioral Health/Psych (adult acute, youth acute, addiction recovery)
- Experience with cardiac drips
- Experience with non-invasive ventilation
- EPIC experience
- AHA BLS
- AHA ACLS
- NIHSS
- Restraint C (can be done during orientation)
- MOAB (can be done during orientation)
- Graduate of a nationally accredited Nursing program
- The Nursing Resource Team is a hospital-wide float department that serves the ER, ICU, PCU, Med Surg, and Behavioral Health (Adult Acute, Youth Acute, Addiction Recovery) service lines.
- Does not accept local candidates and has a 50-mile radius restriction
- Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: ICU: 1:1-2, Med/Surg & ED boarded Med/Surg: 1:5-6, PCU: 1:3-4, Behavioral Health (Adult/Youth Acute, Addiction Recovery): 1:5-6 days / 1:10 overnights
